With Member Online, you can manage your pension payments, check your details and stay on top of your retirement savings – all in one place.

Whether you’re checking your balance, updating your pension payments or reviewing your details, everything you need is just a few clicks away.

Manage your Pension account online, anytime
With fast, user-friendly access, Member Online gives you the flexibility to manage your Pension account when it suits you.
Depending on your account and eligibility, here are some of the tasks you can do:
- View your account balance and investment performance.
- Manage pension payment amounts and payment frequencies, and request withdrawals.
Note for members using Retire Easy Pension: if you change your pension payment amount, you will be opted out of Retire Easy Pension1.
- Update your personal details, preferences and beneficiary nominations.
- View investment performance and manage how your super is invested.
- Download annual statements and benefit quotes.
- Generate and download a member report at any time.
- Update your contact details and communication preferences.
- View, change or cancel insurance cover (for eligible members).
- Make, change or revoke a non-lapsing binding death benefit nomination.
- For pension payments, you can select an existing bank account or add a new bank account.

If you haven’t registered for Member Online yet, getting started is quick and easy.
To register:
- Visit our register for Member Online page.
Alternatively, you can use the Member Online button at the top of our website, brightersuper.com.au and click Login > Member > Register.
- Enter your member number, name and date of birth.
- Set your password.
- Enter the one-time security code sent to you by SMS or email.
In just a few minutes, you’ll be ready to manage your Pension account online.

- If a member using Retire Easy Pension changes their pension payment amount, they will be opted out of Retire Easy Pension. This means you may need to confirm how your money is invested and decide if you would like to have your investments automatically rebalanced each year, if applicable.
