Our team members, contractors and business partners (our Team) are here to help and will always treat you with courtesy and respect. We ask all those interacting with our team members to do the same.

In order to provide a safe workplace, Brighter Super have a Zero Tolerance approach to offensive and abusive behaviour to ensure our Teams are treated appropriately in the execution of their roles.

Offensive and abusive behaviour is any incident in which a member(s) of our Team is harassed, discriminated against, threatened, abused, spoken to in a demeaning or offensive manner or assaulted in circumstances arising out of, or during the course of, their work in any location, face to face, by phone, virtually or in writing and includes the use of Media (Social or Traditional).

Members, business associates or intermediaries who exhibit such behaviour toward members of our Team (in person, by phone, or via any other means including social media, messaging services etc), will be advised that this behaviour will not be tolerated. Violations of this Zero Tolerance policy may result in Brighter Super limiting the member’s ability to conduct business or interact in person, by phone, social media, or any other avenue deemed necessary to ensure our Team are safe.

All abusive correspondence will be retained for reference should the matter need to be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Brighter Super provides its team members with a safe and healthy workplace, enabling them to deliver a responsive and accessible service to our members. We ask all members to respect and support the wellbeing of our Team.
