Managing your super shouldn’t be complicated – and with Brighter Super’s Member Online, it’s easy to stay informed and in control.

Member Online gives you a simple, secure and convenient way to connect with your super, whenever and wherever it suits you. Whether you're planning ahead, checking your progress or updating your details, everything you need is just a few clicks away.

With fast, user-friendly access to your account, here are some of the most popular tasks you can do:

  • View your balance and investment performance.
  • Update your personal details, preferences and beneficiary nominations.
  • Find and consolidate your super.

You can log in to your account (or register for access) on the Member Online login page. You can also do this via the top right of our website’s homepage.

Stay connected to your super with our mobile app

You can also access Member Online through the Brighter Super mobile app, so you can stay in control of your account anytime, anywhere.

Recent improvements mean you can also access your Member Online account within the app, without being redirected to an external browser.

Here are some of the enhancements we’ve made over the last 18 months:

  • Pension account applications can now be completed online, simplifying the process for members moving into retirement.
  • Non-lapsing binding death benefit nominations no longer require printed forms or witnesses – you can complete them quickly and securely online.
  • Tax deduction claims for personal contributions are now easier, with a new online form that cuts down on paperwork and speeds up processing times.
  • Financial hardship applications can be submitted directly through Member Online, providing faster access for eligible members who need early release of super.
  • Improvements to the mobile app means you can access your account in Member Online without being redirected to an external browser.

What you can do in Member Online

Member Online puts everything at your fingertips so you can take charge of your super with ease. Here are some of the tasks you can do:

Stay on top of your super

  • View your account balance, contributions and investment performance.
  • Check you’re staying within your annual contribution caps (for your Brighter Super contributions).
  • Download your annual statements and super benefit quotes.
  • Generate and download a member report with details of your account at any time you choose.
  • Update your contact details and communication preferences.

Grow and consolidate your super

  • Find and consolidate multiple super accounts, including lost super, into one account.
  • Manage and update your investment options.

Manage insurance and nominations

  • View, change or cancel your insurance cover (for eligible members).
  • Make, change or revoke a non-lapsing binding death benefit nomination.

Pension payments and withdrawals

  • Members with a Pension account can manage their pension payment amounts and frequencies, and request withdrawals.
  • Members with an Accumulation account who satisfy a condition of release can request a withdrawal quickly and securely online - no paperwork needed.

Getting started with Member Online is simple. To register, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Member Online registration.

Or via the top right of our website's homepage – click Login, select Member, then choose Register.

  1. Enter your member number, name and date of birth.
  2. If that all matches up, you will be asked to set your password.
  3. You will then be sent a unique code by SMS or email to enter and access your account.

In just a few minutes, you’ll be ready to experience how easy it is to take control of your super.
