Social media community guidelines

Brighter Super welcomes contributions on our social media channels, but we ask conversations are kept respectful. Please note that where possible, we will monitor and remove discriminatory, defamatory or illegal content, or any content that discloses personal information. We ask that you consider your own personal circumstances, and be careful when sharing external content on our channels.

Here are some things to keep in mind when sharing on Brighter Super's social media channels.

Protect your privacy

Please don't share personal information about yourself or others on our pages - this includes your account details, address, phone number or other personal details. If we see any potentially sensitive personal information such as names and titles that are immediately identifying, we'll remove it to protect privacy. If you need help, please get in touch with us via messaging us on the social channel directly, or by contacting us.

Be respectful

We welcome your experiences and opinions, but it's important that your contributions are respectful to our other community members and staff. Please don't post anything that may be viewed as obscene, offensive, derogatory or malicious - we'll remove any message that includes expressions of violence, bigotry, racism, hatred or profanity.

If you don't follow these guidelines, you may be excluded from commenting on or visiting our pages.
