You may already know about your other super accounts, but you may also find that you have super you had forgotten about. This is referred to as lost or unclaimed super.

Consolidating into one account

If you discover that you have more than one super account, you might want to explore the benefits of consolidating into your Brighter Super account, which include

  • Saving money by only paying one set of administration fees.
  • Having less paperwork.
  • Easily keeping track of your super balance and investment options.

Brighter Super strives to deliver you strong performance and low fees, with support and advice right by your side, to help you retire with confidence.

When the list of other super account(s) is displayed, you can then choose to consolidate your other account(s) into your Brighter Super account.

What to consider before consolidating

Before consolidating your super, you should consider what is best for your situation now and long-term. You should also check with your other super fund(s) to see if this could change your employer contributions, any fee or tax implications, or loss of insurance cover.
