Change of auditor for Brighter Super

Brighter Super Trustee (ABN 94 085 088 484 AFS Licence No. 230511) (“Trustee”) as trustee for Brighter Super (ABN 23 053 121 564) (“Fund”) has received consent from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for the resignation of Mr. Paul Collins of PricewaterhouseCoopers (ABN 52 780 433 757) (PwC) as the Fund’s auditor effective 27 February 2025. As a result, Brighter Super Trustee has accepted the resignation of Mr. Paul Collins of PwC and has subsequently appointed Ernst & Young (ABN 75 288 172 749) (EY) as the auditor for the Fund, effective 27 February 2025. The appointment of EY was made following a competitive tender process.

The Board and Management would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Paul Collins (PwC) for their past assistance and services to Brighter Super.
