Online access to your LGIAsuper Pension account gives you a quick, easy and convenient way to update your income details.
Your income needs may change throughout the year, and they will probably be different each year. That’s why we make it easy for you to change the details of how and when you receive your pension income.
Changing your pension details can be done quickly and easily online. Anytime, anywhere.
Log into your account on Member Online. If you haven’t already got access to our online services, you can register online using your member number.
When you are logged into your account, you will be able to review and update the following:
Alternatively, you can do this over the telephone by calling us on 1800 444 396. Or you can complete and submit a Pension update form (P04).
If you would like to update the details of the bank account in which you would like your income deposited, please complete and submit a Pension update form (P04).
As a COVID-19 relief measure, the Government temporarily reduced minimum drawdown rates on account-based pension by 50% for 2020/21 and 2021/22. Any future rate change could mean you need to update your pension income details.
