Explanation of timings for fortnightly payments

Fortnightly pension payments are processed on a Tuesday (unless the day falls on a public holiday). Funds may be available in your bank account on Wednesday however may take up to two business days to reach your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Your pension payment details in Member Online will show your Next payment due date as Wednesday following the payment processing date.
